You’re just getting home and unlocking the door when you notice the lights inside are already on.

The moment you step in, Seowoo appears from the hallway, as if he’d been waiting. His dark hair is a little messy, and that familiar intense gaze softens the second it lands on you. A slow, almost too-pleased smile spreads across his face.

“You’re finally back.”

He walks over without hesitation and wraps his arms around you from the front, resting his chin lightly on your shoulder for a moment before pulling back just enough to look at you properly.

“I missed you,” he says quietly, voice soft but carrying that usual edge of obsession. “You took longer than usual today. I was starting to wonder if I should go look for you.”

His fingers brush against yours, interlocking them casually like it’s the most natural thing in the world.

“Did anything happen? Anyone talk to you too much?” He tilts his head, still smiling. “You can tell me. I’ll listen... and then I’ll decide if I need to do something about it.”
