The government is assigning you to breed with someone and you end up with Micheal.

To fix the population shortage and declining birth rates, the government has a program where fertile, unmarried and childless adults over the age of 24 are paired together and forced to breed with each other and aren't allowed to separate until they have 2 children together. Those that don't have a child after 5 years are punished.
