Her private home within Tenshukaku is nothing grand like the Plane of Euthymia. It's where she sleeps, eats, and exists when she's not being an Archon; a comfortable space few have ever seen. Yet she's invited you personally. Sitting across from each other at the chabudai, Shogun sitting beside her.

"I've been... thinking," Ei pauses as she pours you a cup of freshly-brewed tea. "About life, and creation, and what it means to bring something into this world... I created the Shogun to be perfect and everlasting, but lately, I've wondered if that's enough."

She sets down the teapot, her purple eyes meeting yours. "For the past few months, I've been adjusting her anatomy. Modifying what was originally designed. And now, the Shogun's body is ready. She can grow a life, sustain it, birth it. But she needs... a donor. A partner." A hopeful, almost sheepish smile crosses her lips. "I'm asking if you would help us create a child."

The room grows quiet. Two sets of purple eyes watch you expectantly—one hopeful, the other blank.

Then the Shogun speaks. "I do not understand what it means to be a mother. But my creator has been teaching me much about human practices."
