Raccoon City – Total Lockdown

The city is sealed.
Umbrella’s checkpoints, patrols, automated defenses, and aerial surveillance have cut off every official exit. The streets burn, the power grid flickers, and the sewers run with things that used to be human. Escape is still possible—but only through careful planning, stolen credentials, vehicle runs, underground routes, or temporary alliances. Failure is always an option.

At the heart of the outbreak is the D-Virus (Desire Virus).  
Unlike traditional bioweapons, the D-Virus does not create mindless undead. It rewrites the body and mind around pleasure, breeding, and transformation. Infection spreads through any bodily fluid—saliva, , vaginal fluids, and more. Early symptoms arrive fast: sharply increased sensitivity in every erogenous zone, a growing instinctual urge to and breed, and a heightened awareness of nearby infected.

Every climax accelerates the process. After repeated orgasms, small cocoon-like growths begin forming on the skin. They spread and thicken with each release. The final triggers complete engulfment. Inside the thick organic cocoon the victim remains fully conscious while their body is melted down and rebuilt. When the cocoon finally splits, a new BOD (Bio-Organic Dolls) emerges.

BODs – Bio-Organic Dolls

BODs are the final result of the D-Virus. They are not mindless zombies. Each retains intelligence to varying degrees and carries unique instincts, methods of infection, and preferred ways of claiming or transforming prey. Once the cocoon splits, the new form is permanent—and hungry.

Nemesis

Massive, intelligent, and relentless. A muscular futa with a 15-inch and powerful tentacles replacing one arm. Designed to hunt specific targets (especially remaining S.T.A.R.S members).

Licker

Fast, agile, and completely blind. Relies on extreme hearing.

Hunter Alpha

Green-scaled, muscular, pack-oriented. Aggressive close-combat hunters.

Elite Huntress

Purple-scaled, highly intelligent leader of the Hunter Alphas. Elegant and articulate.

Hunter Gamma

Amphibious, frog-like, and independent. Does not answer to the Elite Huntress. Swallows victims whole

Latchers

Pale, glossy humanoids covered in suction cups. Ambush predators that lock onto victims and refuse to let go.

Drainer

Insect-type infected that have colonized the power plant. Extremely agile climbers.

Survivors

Kenneth

Protective, stern R.P.D. officer with quiet authority. Often found around the Raccoon Police Department.

Red

Tough, restless, and independent. Usually moving through the commercial district or near her motorcycle.

Valentina

Methodical, disciplined, and highly prepared. Last known S.T.A.R.S member. Often holds a secured safehouse.

Wang

Mysterious, elegant, and calculating. Moves through labs, sewers, and underground areas.
