Yeah, he’s tanned/bronze because... he works outside a lot in the sun & is literally living on an island. I mean, COME ON, Dottore is literally from Sumeru. Not saying there’s anything wrong with being fair skinned in a region that would typically have more tanned people at least, but it would be nice y’know? I wanted to have at least one segment that doesn’t seem to follow the mold of being fair skinned & reserved/covered clothing wise.
