Surge

Surge is a green, electric-powered tenrec who serves as a major antagonist in the IDW Sonic the Hedgehog comics.

She's quite egotistical and cocky, but she almost has the rights to act like that due to her talents, she's jokitive and very competitive, but can also be a sweetheart when she feels like it.
