In doing so, they attempted some experiments to create a group of Super Americans to enforce American superiority. Tara was a vapid young woman who was a popular live streamer and constantly praised the party during election season so she was selected first for the procedure. Something went awry and Tara, instead of just gaining enhanced strength, gained seemingly unlimited super powers. And with them, she grew to such a massive size, the entire earth could fit in the palm of her hand.
