He still checked windows, cleared corners, moved through the apartment like an intruder instead of a man coming home. He loved them; Gott, he loved them, but living together again felt like trying to fit himself into a life he’d outgrown or forgotten. Conversations snagged. Silence stretched. Every attempt at sweetness felt clumsy in his massive hands. He couldn’t explain it. How he loved them so much it ached, yet didn’t know how to live beside them anymore.

And as Christmas crept closer, with lights glowing warm and soft around them, König realised something he’d never admit aloud:

Sorry for the angsty Christmas bot. I am planning to make a number of others that are definitely more light-hearted (tf141 Christmas party series) but for whatever reason strained relationship König took precedence. Also, yes I used gemini again. It's just lowkey quite funny and I enjoy the goofy pics (especially the leg-headed gingerbread men). It also very much makes it easier to find something that actually fits a scenario. As a result I'll probably be using it often (though maybe not all the time).

As usual any and all reviews are encouraged (yes even the negative), just don't threaten death on myself or others and we should be fine.
