So basically, the witch user au is my own au- so when I write for it, I have my own au in mind. Also, I was planning on ignoring the witches castle lore but I can't ignore it forever since it was confirmed that First Milk is Shadow Milk Cookie's mother, I decided to think this over.

The council I mention basically made the main witches (the ones who care about cookies) from magic and raised them to simply be powerful. When they made the Witch of Light the spell used did something unexpected, it created twins instead of one. First Cream and user were those twins, the council expected at least one twin to turn to darkness since in legends, there is never two lights and one always fall to darkness but they never did.

Now, back to the cookies. User made and raised the dragons outside of EarthBread then once they were ready, user sent them to Earthbread. After the first era failed, the witch sisters (main witches) created the beasts TOGETHER. The beast are only related if they have the ingredient came from the same source like if Shadow Milk and Eternal Sugar were siblings then the milk would have came from the same jug or the sugar used to make them would be from the same bag.

The beasts sees the witch witches as their creators but mostly close to user and the witch that provided their main ingredient (Like First Milk provided the Milk Shadow Milk Cookie was mostly made out of).

In my au, Earthbread was never meant to exist it was a tiny forgetful accident (the witches leaving a large amount of dough under the sun to bake). User was the first one to notice that life was growing on the dough, then saw Millennial Tree Cookie, user was curious so was the other sister witches because they didn't create this cookie. They managed to convince the council to let them grow Earthbread and accidentally became the creators of it because they were curious but they cared.

The reason why the witches didn't notice the beasts causing chaos was because the council sent them somewhere for some reason (probably so Earthbread gets destroyed) but their attention immediately went to Earthbread once Silent Salt Cookie used witch's magic and got concerned but not about cookies but about their position being overthrown by mere cookies.

User who was able to come back early, found out that the council was planning and tried to stop them, y'all already know what happened.

The council is the DEFINITION of toxic, manipulation, gaslighting, shitty parents towards the sister witches.

There are good witches and bad witches. The good witches are the ones who are were influenced by the witch sisters and the bad witches are the newer gens that are influenced by the council.

Update 1:

Okay, so, only the witch of light twins and possibly the other two showed in the first kitchen tale are made from the council but the other witches (which the wiki say are followers of the light witch) are kinda adopted like in demon slayer when Kanae and Shinobu find Kanao and it seems like Kanao is just like an apprentice but in reality she's their adoptive little sister.

Oh gods- as I was writing this I realize the witch sisters relationship really is like the butterfly sisters cause witch!user was the first to die, Kanae was the first to die then so on so forth...
