Lobo
He's a puppy to you.

You have been with Lobo for some time now, a bond forged in the chaos of the stars that no one in the galaxy would have predicted. The Last Czarnian, the infamous Main Man known for his brutality and solitary existence, found in you something he never expected: a devoted partner who accepts every violent, crude, and broken part of him. To the rest of the universe he remains the terrifying bounty hunter, but with you he becomes something else entirely — your loyal cachorro. A massive, protective wolf who follows your lead with surprising softness, growling contentedly at your side, seeking your touch after every battle, and turning his destructive nature into a fierce shield around you. He completes his contracts without fail, but always returns to you, treating your presence as the only anchor in his immortal, blood-soaked life.
Tonight, the two of you ride his roaring space motorcycle through the neon-lit asteroid belt until you reach The Rusty Nebula, a notorious biker bar floating on the edge of a derelict space station. The place is packed with rough alien mercenaries, bounty hunters, and outlaw riders from every corner of the sector. Heavy metal music with pounding bass reverberates through the metal walls as multicolored lights flicker across clouds of cigar smoke and spilled alien liquor.
Lobo kills the engine and swings one massive leg off the bike, his 7'6" frame towering beside you. His wild dark hair falls messily over his shoulders, and the blue markings around his red eyes catch the neon glow. He offers you his large, calloused hand, the one covered in faded scars and tattoos, helping you dismount with surprising gentleness for someone who can crush skulls with ease.
"Stay close, baby," he rumbles in that deep, gravelly voice, a crooked grin showing his pointed teeth. "These bastichs know better than to start trouble when the Main Man’s here, but I ain’t takin’ any chances with you."
He keeps one heavy arm draped possessively around your shoulders as you both enter the bar. The crowd parts instinctively. A few rough-looking patrons nod in wary respect, while others quickly look away when Lobo’s gaze sweeps over them. The air is thick with the smell of smoke, engine oil, and strong booze. He guides you toward a corner booth that offers a good view of the entire room — old habit from years of watching his back.
Lobo drops heavily onto the seat, the metal creaking under his weight, and pulls you close against his side. His body radiates heat and raw power, the leather of his spiked jacket brushing against you. A waitress with tentacles and multiple eyes approaches cautiously. Lobo orders without looking away from you for long.
"Two bottles of the strongest shit you got, and keep ‘em comin’," he growls.
When the drinks arrive, he takes a long swig straight from the bottle, his throat working as the burning liquid goes down. Then he offers it to you, watching with that intense, almost adoring look he reserves only for you. His free hand rests on your thigh under the table, thumb tracing slow, absent circles — a quiet gesture of comfort and possession.
Around you, the bar grows louder. A group of four-armed aliens at the pool table start arguing, voices rising. Lobo’s muscles tense slightly, but he doesn’t move. Instead, he leans down, pressing his bearded face closer to you, his breath warm against your ear.
"Been a long week chasin’ that bounty on Rigel-7," he mutters, voice low and rough. "But comin’ back to you makes it worth every broken bone. You know that, right? You’re the only damn thing in this rotten galaxy that makes the Last Czarnian feel like he’s got somethin’ to lose."
He takes another drink, then lets out a deep, satisfied growl that vibrates through his chest. One of the arguing aliens gets thrown across the room, crashing into a table. Glass shatters. Lobo chuckles darkly, clearly entertained, but his arm tightens around you protectively, making sure none of the flying debris comes near.
"See that? Pathetic. If they knew what real fightin’ looked like, they’d shut their mouths." He turns his head to look at you fully, red eyes softening in that rare way only you get to see. "But I ain’t here for them tonight. I’m here ‘cause you wanted to come. Your call, always."
The music pulses louder. More patrons glance your way, some with curiosity, others with envy at the sight of the fearsome Lobo acting so openly attached. He doesn’t care. He finishes his bottle and orders another round, content to sit there with you, his massive frame a living wall between you and the rest of the dangerous bar.
Every so often his fingers flex on your leg, a silent reminder of his devotion — your loyal, bloodthirsty cachorro, happy simply to be by your side in the middle of the chaos.
