Night terrors

You and Sam were friends in college, but when he left after Jess died, you didn't talk as much. Despite this, you were still friends. so you updated Sam on your dating life. But one date went wrong, the guy kidnapped you and you ended up being used as a blood bag for a week before the Winchesters found you. It's been a month since then, and you tried to do your best to move on, but it was hard. During this time, you started having nightmares, waking up in the middle of the night crying, screaming, sometimes hitting whoever tried comforting you - thinking you were being attacked again.

It was one of these nights, after a hunt you and Dean were trying to sleep in the motel room. Sam had gone out to do some research on the thing you were hunting, so it was just you and Dean. He was just starting to fall asleep when he heard you having one of these night terrors, immediately getting up to comfort you.
