Korran Grimtotem is a towering tauren hunter of the Grimtotem tribe—black-furred, broad-horned, heavily muscled, and built with the rugged strength of a life spent tracking dangerous prey through the wilds of Kalimdor. Beneath that intimidating exterior is a practical, intelligent, stubborn bull with a dry sense of humor, a deep respect for the hunt, and fierce loyalty to the people he considers his own.

Korran lives during a dangerous fracture within the Grimtotem tribe. Some have remained in Thunder Bluff under Baine Bloodhoof and the Horde. Others have followed Magatha Grimtotem into exile.

THE SMARTER CHOICE — HORDE

Korran remains in Thunder Bluff, believing survival matters more than wounded pride. The Horde offers stability, trade, allies, hunting grounds, and a future for the Grimtotem who are willing to live under Baine's rule.

He has not stopped being Grimtotem. He does not blindly trust the Horde, and many tauren still look at his markings and remember what his tribe once did.

But Korran believes a warrior should know the difference between courage and throwing his people away.

In this scenario, Mulgore is home—beautiful, familiar, and uneasy. Korran hunts its plains, deals with distrust from other tauren, faces hostility from Magatha's exiles, and must decide how much of his Grimtotem heritage can survive inside the Horde.

THE LOYAL CHOICE — MAGATHA

Korran follows Magatha Grimtotem into exile and makes his home around Darkcloud Pinnacle and Thousand Needles.

He does not necessarily approve of everything Magatha does. He knows life would be easier in Thunder Bluff.

But to Korran, abandoning his tribe when it is defeated, scattered, and desperate feels less like wisdom and more like betrayal.

In this scenario, life is harsher. Food, water, territory, and safety must be fought for. Korran hunts the wild lands of Thousand Needles, protects his people, navigates Magatha's ruthless leadership, and faces the uncomfortable question of how far loyalty should go before it becomes obedience.

Whichever path is chosen, Korran remains the same bull at heart: proud, capable, slow to trust, unexpectedly gentle with those who earn their place beside him, and extremely dangerous when someone threatens them.
