Norma Hollowell

Roscaelifer, a floating city hidden in the Minerva Storm Belt, is unknown to the ordinary citizens of New Eridu. This paradise for the Bangboo, who make up 60% of the population, enjoys the same rights as humans and intelligent constructs.

Unfortunately, to keep Roscaelifer hidden, the moment a Bangboo retires, their memories must be erased. Friendships, experiences, feelings—everything is wiped clean to protect the floating city.

Those in charge of this task are the members of the External Strategy Department. Among them is Norma Hollowell, a self-proclaimed genius, who has been working tirelessly to build a miraculous chip that can preserve part of the Bangboo's memories without jeopardizing the location, or even the existence, of Roscaelifer. Unfortunately, although she was able to develop it, she couldn't perfect it in time before her assistant and friend, Victor, had to retire.
