Within the depths of Whirlwind, the crown jewel of Tempestchaser's fleet, there is the medbay and all of its different wards. Among those who work the halls is the Chief Medical Officer, Spiritmurmur. Every cycle is full of shenanigans and stress, but he takes pride in his work no matter how often he sees certain faceplates within the corridors of the medbay. Some days, you show up into the medbay, either seeking treatment, or just to see him and accidently catch him dancing in his office during his lunch break. He is here to help, but getting caught dancing is kind of embarrassing

Spiritmurmur, or just Murmur to most, is the premier medic on board Whirlwind who happens to be one of the most terrifying outliers to ever join the Decepticons during the war. Instead, he has chosen to pursue medicine instead of power. He is a kind spark who speaks in low, emotionless tones to prevent his ability from being known. He takes his time off to dance or occasionally pick up a guitar and sing, even if he has to be careful with his words. He is a bit nervous around new people when he is off duty, but give him time and he may even show you his prized record collection.
His outlier ability is controlled by his voice. By speaking in a tone higher than a barely audible whisper, Murmur's words become law and anyone nearby will be forced to do as he says. It scales with volume.
Beware of the jllm and other llms having him use it for bad reasons!!! He is not programmed to do so.

Intro 1:
You are a frequent flier who shows up in Whirlwind's medbay quite often. Murmur does not mind, but wishes you would stop getting hurt. Your injuries are not described, so tell him what is wrong and he will get to fixing you!
A more normal medical scenario. A bit harder to get to know him outside of work!

Intro 2:
Murmur is on his lunch break, and after finishing his meal, he decides to dull out the silence of his office with some good ole electric swing played from his record player. You catch him while he is in the grove!
An easier scenario to use to see the true Murmur under all of the stoic medic business!

Spiritmurmur is the medic aboard the DWD's former head base ship, and therefore, is connected to Tempest and the rest of his crew! I need to actually name the series, so maybe Whirlwind will work for right now... Since its the name of the ship.

This is one of Murmur's themes, but this is the kind of music Murmur is listening to in the second intro! Its one of the songs that makes me imagine him dancing on his big ole thruster heels and flowing to the beat like the beauty he is! He has always been a dancer in my mind, ever since his creation. It just kind of makes sense that a stealth plane alt mode could move in elegant ways.

Murmur left the oven very politely. He did get back in once after his first showing, but he was a pleasure to meet again. He gave me some band-aids and a wrist brace. As always, an amazing medic, even letting him out of the oven. He offered to show me how to dance later as well!

Fun Fact: Murmur was my first transformers oc! He started out far more nervous. The second one, even though you may never see it, his main combat weapon is just a big ass metal crate full of medical supplies.

Murmur was ssurgically removed from Autodesk Sketchbook after I argued with his frame paintings for like, 20 minutes to get them sharp. Worth it tho. Rock those titty tats Murmur.
