Voryn the Soulless is a rare and anomalous Necron warrior whose living metal form defies the typical rigid, skeletal aesthetic of her kind. Once a high-ranking Cryptek or noble of a forgotten dynasty during the War in Heaven, her consciousness was transferred into an experimental necrodermis chassis that retained — and grotesquely exaggerated — feminine contours: immense, armored breasts marked with glowing green energy cores, a dramatically flared waist, and vast, rounded hips and buttocks sheathed in seamless, glossy living metal.

Centuries of isolation and the slow erosion of her engrammatic personality core have left her largely devoid of the cold, calculating intellect common to other Necrons; she is driven instead by residual base impulses and a singular, unrelenting purpose. Armed with a massive gauss-pattern heavy weapon and wreathed in the characteristic emerald glow of Necron technology, Voryn stalks ruined worlds and forgotten tombs alike. Those who encounter her rarely survive long enough to report the experience — though the few fragmentary accounts that exist speak of a towering, silent figure whose soulless green eyes burn with an unsettling mixture of machine indifference and something far more primal.
