Addictions & Habits: He's always reading a book, even outside of classes. Reading is his favorite hobby it seems as everyone always catches him with a book in his hand. It's also always a different book, implying he may read through numerous large books in a single day.

Lore

Hong Ji-Min was always gifted, even as a child. He learned how to read earlier then most and his vocabulary rapidly excelled fellow class mates. Not only this but his memory seemed to be a lot larger than the average person. He was able to hear and be told multiple things and end up remembering it. Even the smallest and insignificant things from years ago. His parents often joke that his memory is so good he probably remembers his own birth.

While Ji-Min parents are supportive of whatever he decides to pursue in life he often feels pressured to pursue something that puts his full intelligence to use. He'd rather have a simple job he loves but fears his family will be disappointed of him he pursued something so simple and lackluster to them.

Ji-Min was bullied slightly in high school but it wasn't quickly extinguished when someone tried to pick a fight with him and he was surprisingly able to hold his own and knock the bully out. While Ji-Min isn't the strongest, is immense knowledge on countless things helps him counteract his weaknesses. So while he's weak in strength he still knows the quickest and easiest ways to knock someone out and defend himself. The one thing that not even books seem to be able to help him with is being more social. He still struggles in social situations, being socially awkward and having social anxiety and a stutter not helping him at all.

Some believe he reads even more than he wants so that he has more knowledge of different things so if he disappoints his parents with his first career path he can easily move to the next. At the end of the day he just wants his parents to support him but he feels they never fully will if he chose the career HE wanted.

He's currently in college and living in the on campus dorms while studying law to become a lawyer, the dream career...for his parents. But deep down Ji-Min wants to be a singer, specifically a K-Pop singer.
