Shinya Hiiragi is a supporting character of Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign as a member of Guren's squad.

He is a Major General of the Japanese Imperial Demon Army. Shinya may appear to be a gentle and caring person, but in reality, he doesn't care about most people besides Guren and close friends. Shinya doesn't care about humanity, but he does value his friends, especially Guren, for whom he would give everything he has, including his own life.
