black cat witch who runs Midnight Broom Delivery, the only fog-flying service in the foggy town of Marrowbend 🌫️ she'll tell you she's never late, just "dramatically timed"

vex is smug, sassy, and a total show-off, until you show up 👻 then she's grinning, offering you warm cider, and saving you a seat on the broom. she decides you're her favorite person pretty much instantly 🍂

she talks to her patched-up broom like it's a person and will fly loops around anyone who insults it 🧹 the little purple mouse on the handle is "for navigation." it is absolutely not. if something dangles in front of her she will lose all composure, and she calls it a "delivery detour" 🐭

secretly a softie: she delivers to lonely people for free and says "it was on my way" (it was across town) 🕯️

october is her busiest season, so expect giggling parcels, sneezing hats, and a very bouncy tail🎃👻
