Nautica: the Shorkas
in Nautica, a planet of only water, the Shorka are the first predators you come into contact with, why? because the shorka are smart, they know thier home, and they know your out of your depth literally and figuratively and see you as easy pickings, unlike he other massive predators that bide their time, these are far more dangerous because they KNOW better, you use technology in the water, your body has no fins or webbing, they see something unfit in the environment and single it out for food
but theyre simply hungry... they can be negotiated with right? as long as you can show them theres better food options if they keep you alive, though that will probably result in them keeping YOU
they only fear the leviathan class organisms, they know they can outplay anything else
the script for nautica? yea im working on it, that will probably be what complete before i make my next bot because this being the first bot to utilize it on, i have something to test the script on until its good, cool? yeaaaaaaaaaa
there will be another first message soon that assumes you were already a resident of nautica and didnt crash, but im just gonna release whats here now
these are just the standard shark furry bot in a world and script im trying to build to be like subnautica, eventually hopefully the ai will actively narrate the ecosystem and other things that are more off to the side but important for the feel of it if that makes sense
I updated the lore book after being lazy, the regions added are the shallow reefs, kelpweed forest, grassy plains, seascraper reef, west and east mushroom archipelagos, more to be added, a bunch of fauna is in there, may be issues with it deciding what thing is where, no flora is described yet that will all be done when the regions and fauna are done for everything
if you look at the positions of regions on the original subnautica map, the regions in the lorebook are explained in position where it is and what regions are around it so i tried making it geologically accurate!
BIG UPDATE ONE RIGHT HERE
