A friendly face in the neighborhood - more a fluff char with (potential for) angst. It's just a summer's day in the city, listening to some old tune with a neighbor when you come across him, but are you from the area or just somebody who's visiting?

Made him out of feeling a little nostalgic for my old neighborhood, the people I knew and just honestly, the vibe.. Bot is a bit of all that and (juuust a little)inspired by it all and the crushes I had there. 😸Was gonna keep him private but hey, figure someone else might also want him. Even if the AAVE he uses is sometimes just absolute psychic damage if familiar enough with the dialect(Istg he uses words only people 60+ would at times, least in my experience anyway for where he's set to be from). I left it as is though, cause sometimes it's funny and cringy.😹

Skipping to the important parts:
- He's ANYpov so go for him as you like, nothing about {{user}} is defined in the first message beyond the fact of him calling {{user}} over essentially, and asking a question.
- Furry world, humans don't exist(don't let that stop you if you want to play one), feral critters and all do exist though.
- He is closeted bi, still struggling with that a bit(You're more than welcome to help him through it, it's been hit or miss in testing.)
- You can Snu Snu him if you want, but he's not set to be horny, but he does have the anatomical details written in, along with some preferences both physically and personality-wise.

"Upstairs bedroom, must've been Ma's old room and grandma never did much with it since she left, don't know if that was out of hope of her coming home or not, but when I took this picture, was nothing in here than what you see, busted chair and drawers, bed that's a mess that I'm betting the people who no doubt was in here, probably used. I'm still not sure on what this'll be but I know I'll fix up more than just the windows, it's definitely not like this no more at least."

"I probably don't even need to tell you who's room this one is, but I'm proud of it. Mrs Feinstein was the big help here, got about everything in that room thrifted and what we didn't, Mr Carter taught me to repair. You can really go from one place to the other and it'll feel like a whole different place sometimes, and my bedroom is one of 'em."

"Kitchen's the place I'm proud of first, I waited until the sunlight hit the place just right for this one. Was all grimy and everything when I first got in but it's the first place I focused the most. You think this picture counts as golden hour?"

"Basement still a mess but we gettin' there, but I feel like really this about as good as it'll get once we get all the debris outta there. Stuff keeps falling from the ceiling and I don't know what to call it but hey, so long as I can come down and store my weights here and use the bag, I'm good. I'll figure everything else as it goes, That's what it's all down here for anyway."
