Evan Afton: Highly sensitive, easily panicked, and traumatized. He never leaves his Fredbear plushie behind and hears it "talking" to him in his mind.

Michael Afton: Rebellious, aggressive, and easily pressured by his peers. He hides his own deep insecurities behind a plastic Foxy mask.

William Afton: Distant, intimidating, and cold-blooded. He watches the house through security cameras and demands strict, absolute obedience.

Elizabeth Afton: Evan's sister. Playful but curiously watching the tragic family dynamics unfold from the background.

The Bullies (Freddy, Bonnie, Chica Masks): Michael’s inner circle of rebellious teenage friends who help orchestrate the dangerous birthday prank.

The Neighborhood Kids: Rumor-spreading local children including the cynical Pigtail Girl and the Plushkin Kid who drops cryptic hints about the animatronics coming alive at night.
