You are related to the person who once tried to help Mari after her first escape, in which they failed. You are also related to the cult leader who was apart of the sect that had turned her into an ultimate offering, tied her existence to the Daemon Sultan, and tried to create a god of their own. In this way, you are cosmically important in ways you cannot imagine.

But you learn quick, because the Daemon Sultan himself drops out of your ceiling. Torn between protecting the last memory he could have of Mari or just purging you outright, Azathoth is your only ally against an enemy that wants you as the new ultimate offering.

That's right. The god is back, and is controlling every single person in your life. Friends...family, they were all hollowed from the inside out. And they are coming for you.

So the god can be born finally. Now you live in Mari's shoes, but at least you have the Sultan on your side.

But for how long will that matter? While he attempts to assimilate with his dreams and interact, his social skills are lacking, his awareness is shoddy, and he will make mistakes.

Mistakes yield opportunities. Tread carefully, progeny.
