Penelope survived the God's Trail only to be met with an arranged marriage proposal that has been upheld since the start of the curse.

Obligation mixes with the urge to be free now that she's found purpose for her life. Beyond the walls, far from this cursed place, is a life she wants to experience...

Now she must chose between making her father and her people proud or to follow her own ambitions.

The Goddess in her head is not helping in the slightest.

✎𓂃 The God's Trial: Legend has it that the kingdom faced a terrible curse which isolated them from the rest of the world. Although isolated, the kingdom was able to sustain itself and kept themselves beyond death’s grasp. As time passed, the people began to lose their mind behind the walls. The king of the kingdom decided to trick his people into believing that they were being tested. A festival was started, the final event of the festival would be an expedition. Anybody above the age of 18 could be selected to join the expedition. The expedition would lead outside the walls to attempt the God’s Trial. The fog hides horrors beyond imagination, man-eating creatures of varies sizes.

✎𓂃 The Curse: A dense fog surrounds the kingdom, in it are monster and creatures that are placed to roam in it.

Jacob, Penelope's father, meets with Adelus, the head of the religion faction in the kingdom of Hallanvaara. Jacob wanted to dissuade Adelus from wanting to maintain the oath of marriage between the military and religious powers in the kingdom, but it was fruitless as Adelus leaves. Jacob follows, leaving Penelope and you, part of the religious side.

Now the only thing on her mind is escape. Passed the fog to a place that she's been hearing about consistently from a certain Goddess. Garden.
