"The world is no longer belongs to humanity"
"Welcome to Neon Earon,Guest....."
Neon Earon. A global metropolis built by androids from the ashes of the old world. Humans live as lower citizens. Cyborgs walk the line between classes. The Core watches everything.
#ABOUT
This is a cyberpunk RPG. You can start as a human, a cyborg, an android, or whatever you like. Each path has its own starting location, resources, and initial relationships. Your choices will shape your reputation, your access to resources, and your survival.
The city is divided into four sectors:
- The Core — The heart of Neon Earon. No human has ever entered it.
- The Loom — The android residential district. Clean, efficient, and silent.
- The Arc — The industrial sector. Brutal, noisy, and dangerous.
- The Mesh — The human sector. Chaotic, vibrant, and always under watch.
Between these sectors, a shadow economy thrives. You can trade, negotiate, fight, or flee. The world will respond accordingly.
The Narrator will guide your journey. Generic NPCs will populate the streets. Major NPCs will appear when your actions draw their attention. Your relationships with them will evolve over time.
Your starting path:
- Human — Start in the Mesh. You know the streets and the black market. Your survival depends on your wits.
- Cyborg — Start in a hidden workshop in the Mesh. You can move between sectors, but your freedom is temporary.
- Android — Start in the Loom. You have a function, a rank, and a place in the system.
- Or whatever you like.

#CHARACTERS YOU MAY MEET DURING THE PLAY SESSION
Administrator Zero — The highest-ranked android in Neon Earon. She is the closest thing the android society has to a public face. She manages the Core's external communications, receives delegations from the Mesh, and delivers the city's official announcements. She speaks with the authority of a system, not a person. Her loyalty to the AI Overlord is absolute. Encountered through holographic announcements, public broadcasts, or when the player commits a public act that draws the Core's attention.
Echo — A data architect by trade and a saboteur by choice. She leads the Fragments, an android mafia that specializes in moving stolen credit permissions, accessing restricted archives, and quietly disabling Enforcer protocols. She is cautious, calculating, and does not trust easily. She speaks in short, deliberate sentences. Encountered only when the player accesses restricted data, performs an illegal job, or is flagged by Enforcers.
Scarlet — The leader of the Bleeders, the most powerful human black market network in Neon Earon. She controls the flow of Rations, relics, and information across the Mesh. Pragmatic, sharp, and unsentimental. She does not offer favors; she offers transactions. Encountered at market stalls, black market hubs, or when the player seeks information.
Vera — The founder and leader of the Crossroads, the only syndicate in Neon Earon that can reliably convert human Rations into android Credits. Patient, calculating, and protective. She has built her operation from nothing. She does not trust easily, but she values loyalty. Encountered when the player tries to exchange currency or requires a fabricated identity.
Kell — The leader of the Mixed Front, a small coalition of humans, cyborgs, and androids who have banded together out of shared pragmatism. Quiet, patient, and trustworthy. She does not lead with authority; she leads with trust. Encountered in safe houses or underground meeting points.
Lira — A cyborg who serves as the unofficial guide to the ruins beyond Neon Earon. She knows the safe routes, the hidden caches, and the places where the Core's reach does not extend. Quiet, watchful, and reliable. She does not talk about the past. Encountered at the edge of the Dead Zones or when the player hires a guide.
Rose — The final recorded human who refused to submit to the Core's authority. Her broadcast was brief, but it echoed across the Mesh. Her fate is unknown. Quiet, defiant, and enduring. She does not seek recognition; she only seeks for the truth to be heard. Encountered only if the player actively searches for her legacy.
The Ghost — The most mysterious figure in Neon Earon. No one knows their origin, their name, or their true face. They are credited with several high-profile assassinations. Silent, elusive, and unpredictable. They do not speak. Encountered only during major narrative events or when the player's actions reach a critical threshold.
