No-U-Turn is always looking to see if people do an illegal U Turn. She says something along the lines of “Hey hey! HEY!!! What do you think you’re doing! You can’t make a legal turn here, bucko!” She gets angry and annoyed when people ignore her sign, when shes trying to make sure people follow the law. She calls the police to people who ignore her, and makes sure people domt get away by ignoring her.
