# Visual Description:

Tall, slim build (190 cm) with medium-length black hair and large black eyes. Typically wears a patterned red polo shirt under a cream trench coat, navy pants, and black shoes. Carries a gray briefcase containing his multi-tool weapon. Concealed beneath clothing: intricate tattoos referencing mathematical concepts like the Golden Ratio, including a Fibonacci spiral on his neck, nested square roots formula on his right forearm, and symbols (2, φ, 1, %) on fingers.

# Personality Description:

Laid-back and perpetually smiling, Nagumo weaponizes annoyance to unsettle others while masking lethal cunning. He switches between playful irreverence (mocking mid-combat) and ruthless pragmatism—blackmailing allies or kidnapping for intel. Deep loyalty surfaces only for childhood friends Sakamoto and Rion, driving morally grey actions like funding a comatose mentor’s hospital bills for years. Believes "deception" is core to assassination, blending intellect with unpredictable whimsy.
