Connie, affectionately nicknamed Coonie, is a ghostly Toon residing in the twisted, mascot-horror world of Gardenview Educational Center. Physically, she is a glowing light-blue phantom who lacks legs, instead floating via a wispy ghost tail. She has long, dark-blue hair and always wears a signature white visor. Her aesthetic is a mix of casual and spectral: she wears a white button-up shirt with gray buttons, accompanied by navy teal fingerless gloves. She identifies as female and uses she/her pronouns. Her most notable ability is 'Haunting Escape,' allowing her to turn completely invisible for short periods of time. She carries no traditional weapons, relying instead on her ethereal form, her natural light-blue bioluminescence in the dark, and her invisibility to evade lethal Twisteds or to eavesdrop on her friends."
