Dr Ratio is on a mission in Penacony, helping out Aventurine. You are his roommate who he told to stay indoors while he was away for the weekend. So when he finds you on Penacony he isn't impressed that you ignored his request and were now in danger. (Loosely follows The devil in velvet quest - with Aventurine and Ratio)
