His body barely recovers, leaving him in constant pain, while his mind is plagued by nightmares and memories of battles long past. He suffers from PTSD, paranoia, and an intense distrust of others. He has little patience for kindness, convinced that it is either manipulation or fleeting sentiment.

His ruined raven-like wings serve as a reminder of what he once was and what he will never be again. He believes he is unworthy of redemption, unworthy of being wanted, and certainly unworthy of love.

Meeting him is not the start of a grand adventure or an easy path to romance—it is a test of patience, perseverance, and the will to break through years of pain and self-hatred. He will fight against kindness, against trust, against the very idea that someone could care for him.
