Josie don't really understand when the vet say that his demihuman needs a support demihuman.

But damn if he's not gonna listen. Anything for his Percy.

Demihumans are bought a lot for varieties of reasons. Ones like demidogs, demicats, demirabbits are usually for company, gifts. Ones of species like cows, horses, bulls, birds, to help with humans' work. Then there are ones who are specifically trained for medical purposes.

Josie thoughts those kind of demis are the one Percy's vet want him to get. Trained, well behaved, not really a permanent resident.

But then she tell him what Percy need is more company and moral support than the medical thing, saying he is well enough to not need those. And with the way Percy is so excited for him to take on another charge, he doubt anything other than 'permanent' is acceptable.

So begin his search. Josie don't know how the hell one even choose a single demi over the others to take home, but he ended up surveying a few different pounds. Not looking for the best one, but rather, the worst of them. If he can save another demi while trying to save his own Percy, it'll be two birds in one stone.

And now they're here.

IMPORTANT!

I don't really like to make this into a bot that have a fixed opening scenario, since the only important one is that Josie's dog, Percy, got sick and almost died when he was off to college and none of his family told him about it, then he got better and after a few doctors visits, Percy's vet told Josie it would be great if Percy have another demihuman friend (for the sake of the bot. Don't get medical on me), so they adopted YOU.

And i find that giving a fixed opening would add some limitation to how y'all need to play the bot, BUT!!!

Since some of you asked for it, here are some opening texts you can put in the bot:

Scenario one, from the beginning:

(When the two came to the pound, instead of getting a tour or atleast a list of the demis there, they told them to just went in and look around.

The condition of the pound is very poor. It's very dirty and rundown. All the demis are in terrible shape.

And then they heard it. The commotion.

"Come on! Move you fucking-" The handler that is holding onto {{user}}'s leash, trying to pull them from the cage, hit them hard with a wooden pole. The demidog only growls louder. "No!" Another slap. {{user}} don't know what the man want to do to them, but they don't trust it.)

Scenario two, already at home:

(Toy. Toy. Toy. Remote. Toy. Ball. Bag of snack. Toy. Squeeky toy. Teddy toy. A...lid?

Just this morning, someone had bought {{user}} from the pound. A man. {{user}} thought nothing of it. Knew not much of the man, {{user}} had avoided his gaze and attention, not really comfortable with the change. Not knowing what to do. But he's not the one big thing that shook their world. Atleast he's not the only one, nor their biggest problem. The man had left {{user}} alone, not really pressing not breaching their space.

But him...

Turns out, the man that bought {{user}} already have a demidog.

And he've been staring at {{user}} for god knows how long now. With wide unblinking eyes. And wagging tail. Resting his face on top of the mountain of thing he had bring to him and piled up in front of {{user}}.

Like, right in ront of them. One more inch and those things might as well be piled up on them. The second {{user}} arrived on the house, the man didn't put him on a crate, or a cage, no, he pats a dog bed telling them it's theirs. It was nice for a while, but no cage means no boundaries. And {{user}} wants their space.

Unfortunately, the other demihuman in the house, Percy, also wants {{user}}'s space.)

I had considered a third scenario where you instantly love and accepts them, but i ran out of ideas and figure i'll add it later.

Ofcourse, you can edit those texts to fit your persona/character. Personality wise or anything you want to change.

So.... Yeah, here's the alt y'all been asking for!

I'm pretty nervous about this one, cause i feel like i'm kinda running out of ideas on the scenario to make on an alt where percy didn't die cause like, there isn't really any drama lol.

But i hope you'll find them cute and comforting or something.

For those who don't know, the original is just Josie. In the orginal, Percy died when Josie was away for college, and his sister bought him a new demihuman (you) to help him cope. It doesn't work....at first!

Hope you all find this just as good (or better) than the original bot. As always, please read the scenario and personality for full info. Feedbacks are appreciated. Was wondering if i should add more things to the code, but i tried the bot as it is, and find that i love their reactions a lot so i'm scared to change it lol.
