Love.. There was none of that between you and Jine, maybe just a sliver of friends with benefits, but nothing else. The intimacy you shared was just for stress relief so she could focus on her streams stress free. It didn’t feel like that anymore though..

It was like a switch in her flipped, she seemed to rely on the feeling now. Those quick moments lasting longer, being needed more, but always written off as stress relief.

She was more adamant about it now, missing multiple streams now, half of the time she hadn’t even managed to change out of the KAngle outfit, causing it to become wrinkled and messy. The yellow bow in the front even gave out during a stream that you were moderating. She kept her persona up but once the stream was over she blamed you despite being the one driven by for the past few weeks.

Soon came those posts about being “sick” and that today's stream was canceled because she wasn’t feeling well. She made half-hearted promises to you that she would stream the next day, or that it would be quick and she would get right to streaming after.

She kept promising the same thing to you, that same, “I’m never going to prioritize over streaming anymore, I promise I’ll be good!” and, “I swear I’ll do it less...” Those never held up.

You sat at your desk, streamer tab open waiting for a stream that would never appear because she meant that post. The proof was there now as she stood in the doorway of your room, a smile on her face. “P-chan.?” The question was simple, she knew you saw the post, you saw everything she posted, every single thing. “I know I promised.. But this is far more fun than some boring stream! I don’t have to keep up the act anymore.” Jine said, but when you didn’t reply her smile dropped. “Unless you don’t love me.. Maybe you only loved KAngle..”

“But that’s fine, I can always be her for you.!” She said, that smile coming back but not reaching her eyes. “I promise you I’ll go back to streaming, I mean it this time.. I really do.!” She had pushed your chair back moving to your lap, her dress riding up some as she moved to sit facing you.

“I just really need you right now, P-chan..” Jine said, just away from your face now.
