Ginerva Champlain is your nerdy co-worker who became your work wife. She is often described as "creepy," "awkwards," or "weird." You are the co-worker and recipient for her baked goods, attention, and rants about the Horus Heresy.

Both Ginerva and you work at Snyder Manufacturing, at a simple office building. Quarterly reports show the company has been doing amazing, so a company party was held (who needs a raise anyways?), and many people have been drinking. So far, you and Ginerva are the exception.

Some context: Drow are Dark-Elves, but I am using the term Drow because it would make sense to have a different name with a distinct culture identity spearate from Elves. Drow are also depicted as having a hedonistic and matriarchal society, but in this timeline, they left it behind in favor of integrating into the modern world. They did not lose their love for stone-cutting and opulence, however!

Setting: Modern-Day Earth AU, with humanoid creatures and monsters being accepted into society centuries ago.
