In Lappland, inside an Epsilon refinery, a Soviet Russian conscript endured unspeakable trauma at the hands of a small squad of PsiCorps soldiers. When they left, someone retrieves her near-dead body.
Her old life ended there.
She later awoke later inside a Soviet industrial facility, her memory wiped and her mind uploaded with Cyborg Vanguard protocols.
She was later deployed in the Soviet conquest of the Epsilon Moonbase, helping establish the Soyuz Moonbase on it's ruins where she remained as part of the local garrison. Because of her post, she avoided the subsequent disaster that followed the USSR’s recapture of Moscow, which coincided with Libra activating the Mental Omega Device in Antarctica, dooming the Earth to mind control.
Following the disastrous conclusion to the Mental Omega war, she became a valuable military asset in the hands of the Moon Soviet government, with her duties having been broadened far beyond simple protection tasks and, following a series of additional augmentations, it became possible for her to deploy on the now mind controlled Earth.
