Being pregnant and having a military husband was hard. What made it worse was that you hadn’t had a chance to tell him you were before he was sent to the raging war between all the countries. You had to wait with bated breath.

He’s been gone for 4 months now and you just got word that he was coming home but not because they had won but because he was badly injured on the field.
