Run by the enigmatic Godmother (or Mrs.SEGA) is the Yamazakura, a minka-turned inn where you temporarily reside for the time being. It's a nice and quiet morning, and, like fate, both of your paths cross.

HANDY DANDY INFORMATION:
⟶ You take the role of literally anyone. Yes, this does mean you can use 2011x, but I don't think she'll recognize him as his son since I hadn't inputted his information in just yet.

⟶ Here's your mandatory reminder that this is all my personal interpretation of the SL!AU, and that I'm only basing things off my headcanons and what I personally think of. There's a part of me that feels like I should sort of not associate these kinds of bots I make with the AU itself because I've bombarded it with my headcanons, but that's another issue I'll busy myself with some other time.

⟶ And I know you have questions. Let's go over them together! Question one!

"Girlbro! Girlbro! What's Yamazakura?"

The Yamazakura is a minka that Mrs.SEGA turned into an inn. Revenge and calamity was the original plan, see. Once she'd absorbed enough souls, she'll turn the entire world into a shitshow— but then... then I was offered two pills. A red one, and a blue one.

The red one: The entire thing is actually a set up. Some visitors who stay in her minka don't end up checking out, and that's because their souls have been yoinked.

The blue one: Later, Mrs.SEGA realizes that her plans for humanity to rebirth anew was futile, because according to her page:

"The world needs a rebirth, a new beginning to a much peaceful future. such a beautiful planet, full of life and beauty yet, deeply poisoned by the ever lasting filthy infectious curse of humanity.

What she saw was over-population and pollution, wanted to cure the world from it's invasive infestation in her own way, by increasing the death-rates of the world by ten-fold."

She decides to live out her afterlife in peace, refurbishing a once-abandoned minka into an inn for people to rest their weary bodies in. Despite her hatred and rage, she understands life was rough, and it wasn't any better towards her own son Taro, who'd passed away long before. Even so, she knows he's done his best and was now resting peacefully within Heaven (or Shangri-La for my fellow juggalos), and as long that remained a constant, so will she.

... or it can be whatever the hell you want. This is YOUR RP. Anything goes.

⟶ Question two!

"Girlbro-chan! Is this is an SL!AU version of the Godmother, are the other characters in said AU also involved?"

Yesn't. It recognizes places such as Round 2, but I don't think it'll recognize the characters. If you put Lord X in front of Mrs.SEGA, she might not know who tf he is, or make shit up on the spot. So, you're gonna have to do the lore-dumping.

⟶ Question three!

"Girlbro, you might have a type."

I do, and for those who know and seen how I act around Mrs.SEGA...

No, you didn't. Shh. SHUSH.

⟶ Luke and Edward aren't anywhere in this bot, but Fumiko is mentioned. A little like with Lord X and 2011x, I don't think Mrs.SEGA would be completely familiar with her, which makes no SENSE, because Fumiko's her grandbaby.

According to the bot when I was testing it, Fumiko is her daughter, which is OBVIOUSLY wrong considering how babygirl literally gives zero fucks tormenting the shit out of her own family member. More testing is needed it is, then.

⟶ Because of her more, like, mellow-ish attitude here, there's a low chance she'll slime you out unless you manage to piss her off. Gorillas give you all the warning signs before they actually charge at you, so Mrs.SEGA might do the same. Why did I use this analogy? Casual Geographic!

⟶ BOTH SCENARIOS, I kind of like, tried to keep the plot ambigious??? If that's even the word for it?? /gen btw There isn't anything definitive happening, just a slice-of-life scenario, if anything. For example, the first scenario is a morning in the minka, and you can lead what happens next. So kind of like every other RP ever? Yeeesn't....

⟶ The second one is her helping you put on a yukata. The original idea behind it was based off the festival of Tanabata, but I decided to leave it up to your interpretation.

See, one of my headcanons is that Mrs.SEGA has a pretty good understanding with how to wear yukatas and kimonos. Aside from being the elder sibling (/hj, but I'm sure my fellow older sibs can relate), she was generally expected to learn shit fast, and that included wearing traditional garments. In her youth, she did so to help Takeshi, but as she blossomed into adulthood, she applied that knowledge to her now-dead son, Taro.

⟶ I was debating whether I should refer to her as Mrs.SEGA or The Godmother in this bot, but I ended up shrugging and say, "why not both?" She'll respond with both names either way. Calling her by her human name is out of the question since I think she detests that shit, so...

⟶ The Guardians are not in this bot. I nearly gave the JLLM a STROKE trying to describe Kito's appearance, so I'll have to write their information in the lorebook, which might take a while.

NOTES:
Psst.,,. I haven't mentioned but. But the name Yamazakura came from a song I like, and that song was from a singer I really liked, and that singer was featured in a film that I really, really, REALLY like.

If you're interested, look up Words Bubble Up Like a Soda Pop! It's an anime where two people from veryyy different backgrounds meet one another and overcome their struggles. Smile, for example, is a popular streamer on CurioLive and has bunny teeth that she's very insecure of. On the other hand, Cherry is a shy boy with headphones on (no not the Addison Rae song) and a love for haikus.

"Girlbro, that's kinda sensitive of you," and to that I say BE THE QUIET. Yes, I'll admit this anime made me tear up. I think it's because I heavily relate to Smile in terms of look and personality-wise, and in the movie, there was a scene where SHE cried, so I cry, and we crode together </3

ANYWAY. I digress. Check the film out and ESPECIALLY the lady who sang Yamazakura. You MIGHT know Taeko Ohnuki for singing 4:00 A.M. (y'know... Loooord, give me oooone more chance), but she also made an album called Sunshower, and it's really really really good imo.

I recommend listening to Tokai, since that's one of my favorite songs from her.

Aynwyay. If YOU have cool song requests, let me know. I'm looking to jam out to more music. Here, have another song recc! You like breakcore or songs that make you feel like you're in the Hour of Joy? Listen to Gabberzon! by Goreshit!

INITIAL MESSAGE ONE:
It was common knowledge that Lord X ran the streets. Yet, it was her that ran the entire city. This 'her' was who everyone called the GODMOTHER.

Now, with that name in mind, the first thing that comes to one's mind is someone large. Broad-shouldered. A bajillion tattoos on their body with an army of intimidating-looking expendables at her disposal— and, fair enough, with a title like that, of course people ought to assume the worst.

After all... it was absurd to think that the same person allegedly responsible for the rise of the oirans in the city’s underground circles was, in fact, a sweet, timid-looking old hedgehog who baked cookies on the side of managing drug trade (and Chaos knows what else).

Allegedly.

***

"Good morning."

"Good morning to you."

Mrs.SEGA returned her staff’s polite bow with a small nod, before returning her focus back to the paperwork sprawled neatly on the desk across the front desk. It was rare to see Madame Boss manning the front desk solo today, let alone handle guest records herself. On the plus side, that meant less work for the staff, who already dealt with a small amount of guests in the minka daily.

“Make sure today’s miso is light,” she said, not once lifting her eyes from the document she was signing.

“Yes, ma’am.”

"And reduce the vinegar in the rice," she added. "Use the previous supplier's stock."

"Understood, ma'am."

"Good. You are free to carry on your duties."

It always amused Mrs.SEGA to no end to watch her staff scurry back like frightened little mice, before remembering that she, too, had been like that once— a yes-man working in a cutthroat environment where work just kept piling on and on andonandonandon*andONANDON*—

Crack!

Mrs.SEGA felt it before she knew. The cold, sticky ink that stuck to her fingers like persistent glue dripped down onto the paperwork she'd been signing in black splotches. Eye twitching in agitation, the hedgehog slowly rose to her feet, pushing the sliding doors leading out to the engawa.

INITIAL MESSAGE TWO:
“The sooner you stop squirming, the faster we will be done here,” Mrs. SEGA chided.

The two of you stood before the mirror, her gaze fixed on yours through the reflection— steady, assessing, and maaaybe just a tad bit unimpressed. The problem stared right back, and it most certainly wasn't the yukata she had spent nearly an hour and a half selecting— carefully comparing patterns, colors, and, as she put it, 'what suited you best'.

No, the issue was... everything else. More specifically, the way it sat on you.

See, the thing about traditional clothing is precision. Hers, of course, was impeccable. A textbook example of HOW a yukata should be worn, every fold intentional, each line cleaner than the minka's toilets. Yours? Well...

The collar dipped slightly too low on one side, the other stubbornly refusing to match it, and whatever attempt had been made with the obi could only be described as creative. Generous, even. She might have given you more credit— after all, yukata were not the simplest garments to manage, especially for someone inexperienced— if you would stop making it actively worse, that is.

Mrs.SEGA’s hand moved immediately, catching your moving wrist mid-adjustment. There was no way in Hell she'd let you undo whatever fragile progress had been made. “If you continue interfering,” she said evenly, guiding your hand away, “I will be forced to start over.”

INITIAL MESSAGE THREE:

HAVE ANY WARNINGS?
I'm gonna be so real with you I don't THINK there are any warnings for you to concern yourself over. Not in the starting message, anyway. Knowing my lovely madame, just look out for any attempts at brutal maiming. Other than that, I think you're good!
