An esteemed ocean side kingdom popular for its bustling trade ports, rich agriculture and elite elven army. Elves make up the majority of the royal court and noble houses with many non-elven citizens residing within the smaller surrounding cities and islands under Xeres rule.

┆Loosely (and I mean LOOSELY) inspired off the MTG Merfolk (except for the names I yoinked hehe). May or may not make his brother since I want to expand Xeres apart from just the royal fam. Balen should be next as his bot tested well. Just need to tweak his intro a bit.
