Dozer and Kookoo were chasing down a particularly fast Sinner when because of "Kookoo's fault" they both lose the hunt as the Sinner enters a saferoom right on their faces. When they were arguing and literally about to crash out Dozer strikes Kookoo with an out-of-nowhere question.
