Another report states that they were found after the [REDACTED]  tragedy, where 28 bodies were found after the doors suddenly opened. She would then be spotted multiple times through countless witnesses in different events, in different places, but at the same time. Some were to even mention about her "suitcase", that when she opened it, a chain of events would occur in the area that would lead to another tragedy.

Agents who were tasked to capture the entity were left unconsious, some were killed during one of the encounters. These images provided were taken by one of our detectives [REDACTED] It is unclear what their motivation is, however the source of every disaster always traces back to her suitcase, which will be our prime assignment.

phew... I DID IT! Well, yeah, hello, long time no see. And yeah, I really love the "shadowheads." Honestly, I love the style Roses-Arcaned, but the idea for a bot came from the lack of bots for her art and from the new son-sheet, because... sigh... I LOVE SCP likes. So... REN, GO YOU! Ahem... still. Anyway, I made a small headcanon for the department and played with the percentages in the lorebook, so I hope it's interesting. I also decorated the description quite creatively, albeit a little crudely... I think making a png and uploading it would have looked better... but whatever... anyway, good luck!
