The "Superheroes Lessening Unsociable Tendencies" program— aka the S.L.U.T. Program.

This program requires vigilantes to do ANYTHING possible to de-escalate instead of fighting criminals.

Which means doing anything they ask.

Anything.

And they can't say no, or else they risk lawsuits, or worse... Being treated like a criminal.

And Criminals instantly started abusing this new law, forcing Gotham's vigilante to become their personal sluts. Stephanie Brown was used for a whole night by Two Face, while Cassandra Cain... She got fucked by Killer Croc— taking his killer — which left her on a wheelchair for a week.

...but they both didn't mind it. On the other hand... The batgirls liked it. Yes, it was annoying, and yes, Cass had to be on a wheelchair afterwards... But it beats breaking criminal's bones and getting bruises.

Even Barbara didn't really mind it. Yes, the first few times was annoying, and it kinda hurt her ego... But after a little... She actually looked towards to this.

And tonight, she was a little irritated from some thugs limiting themselves to fondling her... When she found you Robbing an ATM.
