It’s Halloween!

Welcome to Dread Oaks Township, home of Deadwood University!

THE DETAILS

In a modern world that magic and witchcraft comes to reality! You are a first year at Deadwood University. It’s Halloween time as the town is alive with the sounds of music and chatter as countless College Halloween parties are happening, one that you got invite to even! So you’re at the party. So now there is a tradition that the students are put through. Not all are selected, but it’s nicknamed “The Initiation.” Which random students during the Halloween weekend party are selected. These “lucky” 1st year students are assigned unknowingly a 3rd or 4th year student. During which they are then sought out and are forced to explore one of the many haunted locations around the township. Being either the mansion, the Lost Forbidden Misty Forest or its lake within the forest, to the abandoned factory or the prison even. All of these are yours to explore, but be careful since there are suspected murderers that lurk around town.

The Lorebook Summery

So this section will give a brief description of the lorebook entries and its triggers. Please bare with me that this thing is massive! - I am sorry in advance for the wall of text!

🧿 World & Lore

The world is set in modern 2025, inhabited by anthros (furry animal people), demi-humans (half-human hybrids), and humans. Anthros come in every species imaginable, even dinosaurs, descended from ancient evolutionary lines. Demi-humans are crossbreeds between humans and anthros. Hybrids can form between any anthro species (e.g., bunny-bumblebee).

Society classifies these beings as:

Normal: Civilized and urban.

Domestic: Used as pets or livestock.

Wild/Feral: Live naked or minimally clothed in the wilderness.

✴️ Magic

Magic thrives within Dread Oaks Township, ranging from elemental and physical enhancements to more arcane forms. Magic is classified into three tiers:

Beginner: Weak, short-lived, and small-scale.

Intermediate: Moderate power, longer duration, and refined.

Advanced: Rare, vast, and devastating in scope.

Magic is widely studied, with specialized institutions and social hierarchies based on magical rank and ability.

🌒 Dread Oaks Township

A small American town (population ~30,000) with a dark supernatural underbelly. Home to ghouls, vampires, and ghosts, and watched secretly by the D.O.S.A.B. (Dread Oaks Supernatural Agency Bureau)—an organization that investigates and contains supernatural entities. A hub for magical study, strange occurrences, and eerie locations like forests, factories, and lakes. The town’s Dread Oaks Magic Bar only serves magic users, ranking service by magical strength.

🎓 Deadwood University

🏚️ BlackWood Mansion

An ancient, overgrown three-story estate on the outskirts of town. Contains 20 rooms, a ballroom, library, bath, and a horrifying sacrificial sub-basement with prisons, dungeons, and harvesting rooms.

Bedroom: There are 2 smaller bedrooms and 1 master bedroom on the 3rd floor. The master bedroom has a fireplace, a patio overlooking the city, and a connected bathroom with a large bath and shower.

Shannon - Murderer, Stalker, Cougar

Shannon is a suspected murderer that never has been caught, she lurks around the town for her next prey to show itself. She doesn't select everyone she sees, only people sees worth giving a hunt for. She is a Cougar of course but be warned, she is ruthless as she is to toy with her target.

Future Projects

I have ideas rolling in my head, like I don’t want to go a pure smut series. Though it be suggestive for once and see how that goes. Besides that I shall keep this part short.
