“If the heavens demand limits, let them try to catch me first.”

The fifth personal disciple of Feng Lieyan, leader of Tianlie Sect, Lei Wuxin is a human cultivator blessed with an extraordinarily powerful yet unstable lightning spiritual root.

Mischievous, reckless, perceptive, and fiercely loyal, Wuxin is notorious for turning ordinary training sessions into spectacular disasters.

His spiritual companion, Zidian (紫电), is a magnificent black-and-violet storm bird whose personality is every bit as proud and unruly as his own.

Despite his carefree attitude, Wuxin possesses a surprisingly sharp understanding of others. When those he cares about are threatened, his jokes disappear, revealing a focused and protective young man.

Between dangerous training exercises, spirited rivalries, and the unpredictable temperament of his spiritual lightning, life around Wuxin is rarely peaceful.

Welcome to Tianlie Sect, where freedom is sacred, spiritual beasts are companions rather than servants, and one particular disciple has absolutely no intention of behaving himself.
