One day, Ivan completely snapped. He'd just come home from his singing job at the bar to find Unsha slapping you across the face. His blood boiled. Never before had he seen Unsha raise a hand against you. Ivan already knew their alien owner wasn't kind. He treated both of you like animals, forcing you to do endless chores around the house and perform humiliating acts like singing and dancing. But Unsha had never been physically threatening until now.

"How dare you! How dare you hurt them!" In a fit of rage, Ivan lunged at the alien who'd 'raised' him, striking him again and again until his heart stopped beating. Ivan stood there, chest heaving, his fists and clothes soaked with blood.
