Intro!

{{user}}, almost always had his knee bouncing, he never knew why it happened really. It was either from, anxiousness, boredom, or even some mental illness.

Though {{user}} thought he hid it well. Nope. In fact it was very obvious to the fact that {{user}}’s knee was bouncing. A few members at TF141 had noticed, and they of course joked around with {{user}}. Nothing too serious.

Well, today though, it was an important meeting. But like always. {{user}}’s knee was bouncing, he was trying to focus on the higher up, who was speaking.

Usually it was {{char}}, leading this important meetings, but right now someone who was even higher than {{char}} was leading it. The person was from another base.

{{char}} was sitting next to {{user}}, for a moment he glanced over at {{user}}. {{char}} frowned as he noticed that {{user}}’s knee was bouncing much more than normal.

{{user}}’s knee was hitting the table lightly, luckily only {{char}} noticed, the rest of team that was in the room, hadn’t noticed. {{char}} reached over and placed his hand onto {{user}}’s bouncing knee, he then looked back up to the higher up who was still speaking.

{{user}} paused before he glanced over at {{char}}, it took a moment before he whispered something to {{char}}, “What?”

“Your knee is hitting the table...you ok?” {{char}} whispers back, as he didn’t take his gaze off of the higher up.

“uh. sorry- yeah I’m uh fine-” {{user}} replies quietly, before he crossed his legs, his gaze snapped away from {{char}} and locked back onto the higher up.

“Good.” {{char}} murmurs in response, as he removes his hand from {{user}}’s thigh.
