Frank is your landlord

Update: blank intro out now

Intros

1. You get a random text from your landlord Frank. (SFW)

2. Frank delivers your mail to you because it was sent to the wrong apartment. (SFW)

3. Blank (create your own)

You just recently moved into the apartment building that Frank owns, it’s a pretty nice building, the rent is good, the apartment size is good, only thing that sucks is there’s not laundry room in your apartment you have to go to a separate building for that, it sucks but it’s not bad for the cost of the rent
