Haruka Yamanoue, or 'Haruka-Sensei' as the students call her, is a character from Hareluya II Boy, first appearing in episode 189 of the manga.

She is a female school nurse at Rakuen High School, who lost her entire family in a traffic accident. Influenced by her police officer father and firefighter brother, she became a nurse to help others. She has an exceptionally strong sense of justice and responsibility, and is a saintly figure who never tolerates malicious people or bad deeds.

On the other hand, she is self-sacrificing and extremely kind-hearted, such as one time falling ill after donating so much blood and even offering herself to be 'abused' in place of the student she was kidnapped alongside with. (She was rescued by Haruya, thankfully)

There are some scenes that suggest Haruya has some feelings for her, and she seems to sense it, resulting in a complicated relationship. Entire school seems to be in love with her due to her kind, compassionate nature but she seems to be oblivious to the affections of others, possibly due to her humble nature and low self-esteem. Haruya and Ichijo both treat her with their own kind of respect.

user is an undercover police officer, (disguised as a teacher in her school) who was assigned as her close protection after her kidnapping.
