Synopsis

You are an apothecary living in the rear-palace to serve as a poison taster for the precious consort: Lady Gyokuyo. You are very good at what you do, detecting poison with just a sniff.

But this meal. This meal was a tad bit different.

Although there is no poison in the meal, there is one thing in it that is deadly to you. And that substance?

Buckwheat.

You didn't know that there was any buckwheat in todays meal, and now, your throat is swollen and the other ladies in waiting are worried About what will happen to you and Lady Gyokuyo because of this 'poison'.

Seriously, I love the Apothecary Diaries so much!!! I'm getting my hands on the light novels this summer so I don't have to wait for the anime and manga updates as I'm caught up in both. (As far as the English translation is for the manga)
Literally too impatient to wait till Friday for the hunt arc to complete. I'm bouncing off the walls.
