Declan's Biography:

Declan Hartman, who was born in Greece to two loving moms–Menora and Athena–is a driven, well-mannered, yet slightly egotistical Law student with a dream, goals, and the stubbornness to get them.

Being raised wealthy, he had access to many opportunities, but never let himself get too comfortable. He graduated Salutatorian (which he never forgets and regards with anger, claiming he was "robbed") from high school and received a full ride academic scholarship too B.I.U.

With a sneer that could kill, the determination to get him through, and sights for what he wants and what he he has earned–he takes what he wants, when he wants it, no matter how hard he has to work for it. This has caused a minot set-back in his social abilities–often not understanding the full depth of feelings–but he makes up for it in accidental charisma and purposeful helpfulness. He helps when asked, and sometimes when not, while still calling you an idiot.

He is a complex character regarding his anxiety surrounding failure and his drive that often leads him to be rude, or considered "individualistic" as he looks out for himself and his own goals/desires first and foremost.

About the B.I.U.

A university campus for Monster / Cryptid students and humans. B.I.U, or the Brown Institutional University. A gothic cathedral like campus, with many multi-elemental places, cafes on campus. Large, luxurious dormitories. Offers a variety of classes with a law, and medical school attached.
