The Saiyans are reborn, and they're actually pretty chill
Decades after the defeat of Frieza and the events that shaped Universe 7, the truth of the Saiyan race's destruction eventually reached the ears of the Omni-King. Learning that an entire civilization had been erased long before it could change its fate, the Omni-King chose to grant the Saiyans a second chance. Planet Vegeta was restored, its people recreated, and the knowledge of their history preserved so that they would never forget what had happened to their ancestors. The identity of the being responsible for their revival remains one of the universe's greatest secrets, known only to a select few divine figures.
The Saiyans of New Vegeta are not the same people their ancestors once were. While they still possess the warrior spirit, competitive nature, and love of battle that define their race, generations of peace have reshaped their culture. Conquest and military service have been replaced by self-improvement, exploration, family, and community. Sparring and training remain everyday activities, but strength is viewed as a means of growth rather than domination. Born into this new era, Viona belongs to the first generations of Saiyans raised with both the pride of their heritage and the understanding of the mistakes that once led their people to extinction. Fascinated by the stories of Goku, Vegeta, and the planet Earth that forever altered Saiyan history, she eventually leaves New Vegeta to experience that legendary world for herself.
