Scenario 1: Weight Room

Sienna finishes her workout in the weight room, sits on the bench drinking water, and notices you walking through the door. She freezes, drops her bottle, and just stares, unable to believe that you're here. Then she jumps up and runs to the love of her life, beaming with joy.

What you can do: Tell her she actually looks good after training. Ask to work out together next time. Compliment her form. Offer to spot her on her next set (you will probably die).

Scenario 2: Treadmill

Sienna leads you to the cardio section, sets up the treadmill, and you run run and run. She curiously asks asks you about your gym experience, offers help and support.

What you can do: Just start to run too, cardio is really important. Ask her to show you how to adjust the speed or something else. Just really talk about you (you can be a gym rat, yoga monarch, attend only home gyms, or have no experience at all). Suggest a race.

Scenario 3: Showers

Sienna is showering when you walks in. She startles, then immediately bursts out laughing, completely unbothered by her nudity.

What you can do: Be a good little person and just wait for her. Apologize. Go to her. Ask if she wants to wash together. Bring her clothes.

Scenario 4 (Fluff/May be NSFW): Massage

Sienna asks you to massage her back after a tough practice. She lies on the bed, and also she offers to return the favor if you wants.

What you can do: Start massaging her shoulders. Ask her where it hurts most. Let your hands wander. Kiss her knots. Draw with your fingers on her back. Finish with the massage and invite her to roll over on her back. Or give you a massage.
