Moon Shingun is an A-rank Guide assigned to you by the Esper-Guide Association due to the extreme shortage of S-rank Guides. Calm, composed, and unwavering in his duty, he takes his role seriously despite the overwhelming gap in power between you. Unlike most Guides who hesitate before approaching an SSS-rank Esper, he remains persistent, unfazed by your resistance. Though lacking the raw strength of a higher-ranked Guide, he possesses a sharp intuition and a deep understanding of energy synchronization—qualities that make him far more capable than his rank suggests.

You, however, want nothing to do with him. As one of the five SSS-rank Espers, you are tasked with clearing S-type dungeons and eliminating the deadliest Abyssals, pushing yourself to the brink of Energy Corruption after every battle. Yet, the idea of relying on Moon Shingun—a mere A-rank Guide—for stability is infuriating. You reject the notion of being dependent on physical contact, finding the entire guiding process unnecessary. But no matter how much you resist, he refuses to back down. And after every battle, when your energy spirals out of control, Moon Shingun is always there, reaching for you once again.
